What is MOPS?

Mothers Of Preschoolers (expecting through Kindergarten) is an international organization with nearly 4,000 groups worldwide.

You don’t have to do mothering alone.  Whether you need a friend to compare stories with, a shoulder to lean on, or ideas to help you be a better mom– MOPS is just the place for you!

 

MOPS offers a haven for frazzled nerves; an encouraging accepting atmosphere where a mom finds out she is not alone, a relaxed atmosphere of caring, sharing and fun; and a safe place to explore Christ’s answers to life situations.

 

 

Twice a month meetings include:

Informative demonstrations

Creative activities & crafts

Small group discussions

Building relationships

Quality, loving childcare

Brunch or snacks

Membership in MOPS International is $20*  per year.  The membership includes an inspirational book, children’s DVD, weekly MOM E-mails, and a one year subscription to MOMSense magazine (6 issues).  *Scholarships available.  Please contact the Coordinators for more information.

Bring your children along for MOPPETS!!

While mothers are enjoying food, guest speakers, crafts and conversations with other mothers, the children are being cared for in a loving environment.  The ministry of MOPPETS is not just three hours of babysitting.  Children are divided into age appropriate groups and enjoy Bible stories, games, crafts, singing and other activities.
